Can homemade wine or moonshine be brought in?

In theory, beverages that are not factory-made products cannot be identified at the border crossing. This means that border guards cannot recognize them as alcoholic beverages and apply the above-mentioned measures. At best, homemade wine, moonshine, and similar drinks will be confiscated and disposed of. However, they may be subjected to testing, the cost of which will have to be paid by the person importing the beverages. Other sanctions may also apply. Therefore, we advise not to take any risks!
